Before Connecting to QuickBooks Online:


We highly recommend that you check the following:
  • You are using QuickBooks Online, not QuickBooks Desktop Edition
  • You are logged out of all other QuickBooks sessions that may belong to a different company
  • You are logged into QuickBooks with the owner account and not an employee or bookkeeper account
  • You understand the information MM360 will update in QuickBooks Online, and what QuickBooks Online will update in MM360


Required Permissions:

  • Owner Role in MM360 for your location
  • Owner Account of QuickBooks Online


To Connect to QuickBooks Online:

  • Click on the Hamburger Menu
  • Click on "Owner Settings" -> "Integrations" -> "QuickBooks"
  • On "QuickBooks Settings" page click the "Connect" button
  • If you are not already logged in to QuickBooks Online, you will need to login with the owner account
  • Grant Permission to MM360 to connect to your QuickBooks Online account.


After You Connect:

  • Map your services in MM360 to their matching service in QuickBooks Online
  • Map your Quickbooks Employees to the staff in MM360 (only if you need to send their time records to QuickBooks Online)
  • Set your staff permissions for Invoices
  • Set your sync preference for Contacts in QuickBooks and MM360
